Green Certified Inspecting for Residential Homes

This program will deal with energy, environment, pollution, air quality and comfort. It is recommended for all real estate professionals. Taught by trained, NYS Approved Instructors, Green Certified Inspecting is a goal, and what should be the gold "or Green" Standard for our Industry! This class is not approved for continuing education, and is offered as a professional development class approved by the Housing Inspection Foundation and the Environmental Assessment Association.
